It is already official!
As you know, I have been a real estate agent / independent contractor for many years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I enjoyed working with the biggest company in the industry and learning the traditional way of doing business, mastering the best practices and building my network among all the active agents in the Greater Boston Area, however for some time now I have felt it was time to take my business to the next level.
I am so excited to announce that encouraged by you, my clients and friends; I recently became a licensed Real Estate Broker and opened my own real estate brokerage called New Home Real Estate. 
Now I have much more flexibility to quickly implement new technology and marketing tools and concentrate all of my team’s efforts and resources towards efficiently achieving my client’s real estate related goals. Although those changes are expected to result in dramatic improvement of my client’s overall experience, the solid foundation of my business is unchanged. I enjoy the priceless support of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Multiple Listing Service (MLS), all of which I have been a member for many years. Also, my team of real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, staggers, contractors, vendors, service providers and most importantly you, my clients and friends, are still the same, so the well -oiled and smooth running machine will now run even better. 
I would appreciate if you keep me in mind should you, or anyone you know, need to sell, buy or rent property. We will also provide property management for investment properties and absentee owners.
